Southpark Crossing is located directly off of heavily traveled Temple Ave, adjacent to Southpark Mall off of 1-95 and near 1-85, 20 minutes south of the Richmond, VA area. The shopping center is in close proximity to Fort Gregg-Adams (formerly Fort Lee), which experienced enormous growth following the 2005 Base Realignment and Closure mandate. Now about 70,000 troops train at Fort Lee each year, making it the third largest training site in the Army.
